Oral Presentations |
The lecture room is equipped with data-, single
slide- and overhead projection. Please note that data projection is preferred
and that slide projection should be considered as backup only. It is recommended
that authors hand over their presentation to the technician at the preview centre
at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session. In order to comply with
the tight schedule, authors are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the time
allocated to their presentation. | |
Poster Presentation |
Posters can be mounted at the beginning
of the meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2006 and should remain displayed
during the whole conference, until Saturday, November 18, 2006, 12.00 hrs.
Poster viewing will be possible during the whole meeting. Every poster is
identified by a number figuring in the program as well as on the corresponding
poster wall. Posters will be accepted for presentation even at the time of
the meeting. Pins and adhesive material will be provided in the poster area.

Poster Discussion |
Poster presenters are kindly requested to be available
for discussion at their exhibit during the breaks. |

Removal |
The organisers cannot assume any liability for loss
or damage of displayed posters. Posters that were not removed after Saturday,
November 18, 13.00 hrs, will be removed by the staff and will not be kept or sent
to the author after the meeting. | |
